Social Media Policy
Purpose
This Social Media Policy outlines the guidelines and expectations for the use of social media by employees and representatives of Jeeshaliya Services Private Limited (“the Company”) in order to protect the Company’s reputation, maintain professionalism, and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
Scope
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, and representatives of the Company who engage in social media activities related to their association with the Company.

Personal Social Media Accounts
1. Employees are allowed to maintain personal social media accounts.
2. When posting on personal social media accounts, employees should make it clear that their views and opinions are personal and do not represent the views of the Company.
3. Employees should refrain from making derogatory, defamatory, or offensive comments about the Company, its clients, colleagues, or competitors on personal social media accounts.
4. It is important to be mindful of privacy settings and ensure that personal social media accounts are appropriately secured to prevent unauthorized access to confidential or sensitive information.
Official Company Social Media Accounts
1. Only authorized employees or representatives may access and manage official Company social media accounts.
2. Official Company social media accounts should be used to promote the Company’s products, services, events, and initiatives in a professional and positive manner.
3. Content shared through official Company social media accounts should be accurate, current, and comply with applicable laws, regulations, and the Company’s branding guidelines.
4. Prior approval from the appropriate authority should be obtained for any official Company social media posts that require sensitive or confidential information or involve significant promotional activities.
Social Media Monitoring
1. The Company may monitor social media platforms for mentions, discussions, or posts related to the Company, its products, or services.
2. Monitoring activities will be conducted to ensure compliance with this policy, address any potential issues, and protect the Company’s reputation.
Consequences of Policy Violation
1. Violation of this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment or contractual relationships with the Company.
2. Employees should be aware that their social media activities may have consequences and impact their professional reputation and relationships with clients, colleagues, and the Company.
